Future Phases

The final phases of the St. Andrews development are Phase 4 (Block D) and Phase 5 (Block E), integrating and completing the masterplan providing:

• 313 high-quality new homes
• A new NHS health care facility
• 656 sqm of retail space
• New community facility, comprising a flexible space of approximately 430 sqm
• Half and acre of public open space, including two large parks and a public square
