The Team

St. Andrews is being developed by the London Development Agency, Barratt Homes East London and Circle Anglia. The site was purchased using Thames Gateway funding from Communities and Local Government.

They are working in partnership with key public sector stakeholders who will meet monthly to discuss the scheme.

Homes and Communities Agency, Communities and Local Government and the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation are all supporting the Scheme.

Tower Hamlets Council has a key role having already prepared a masterplan for the regeneration of the wider area and will assess future planning application for the site.

The GLA through Design for London will participate in shaping the masterplan.

Award Winning architects Allies and Morrison have been chosen to lead the masterplanning process.
